Trudy Rankin has over 15 years management experience in corporate environments, helping organisations better serve customers and staff through the use of digital technology and improved processes.

She now runs her own business, West Island Digital, where she provides consultancy services to small/medium businesses wanting to set up online tools and processes. She also provides business coaching to startups wanting to set up online businesses.

Trudy has a Master of Commerce degree in Management and Employment Relations and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. She is also a certified project manager and a strong collaborator, going the second mile to provide encouragement and support.
